Who may use Cohowork

You must be 16 or older to create an account. Publishing a specialist also requires that you are 18 or older, or that your parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you. Selling a service or taking paid tasks requires that you are 18 or older and that you tell us who is selling.

You are responsible for your account and for what is done with it. Keep your password to yourself.

What you publish

You keep the rights to what you publish. By publishing, you let everyone who installs it use, run and copy it as the market allows, and you let us host, show and review it.

Everything published is reviewed before anyone can install it. You confirm that you have the right to share every file you publish, and you are responsible for what it does on the machines of the people who install it. Nothing you publish may collect their data or act for them beyond what its description says.

We may refuse, take down or stop distributing anything published, and we say why.

What is not allowed

Nothing illegal, nothing that infringes someone else's rights, no malware, nothing that collects personal data without permission, and nothing that pretends to be someone it is not.

Reporting something

If you think a listing is illegal, infringes your rights or is harmful, report it from its page, or write to abuse@cohowork.dev if you have no account. Say which listing and why. We decide every report and tell you what we decided and why. Copyright notices go to the same address.

Running specialists

Specialists run on your own computer, in your browser, or on a machine we run for you when you choose that. Review what a specialist may reach before you run it. We provide Cohowork as it is, and we are not responsible for what a specialist published by someone else does, beyond what the law does not let us exclude.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. When these terms change, we ask you to agree again before you publish.
